Coconut Oil Lotion Recipe

1 cup coconut oil

¼ cup beeswax

1 tbsp vitamin E oil

Essential oils (about 15 to 20 drops)

 

Add your coconut oil, vitamin E, and essential oils to a mixing bowl.  Melt beeswax, then add to your mixture.  Blend it all together with a mixer.  Enjoy!

 

*** Lavender and chamomile oils are a great blend for relaxation and soothing skin.  Add an even amount.

***Lavender and tea tree are wonderful for damaged skin.  It is soothing and antiseptic.  Use at a 2 to 1 ratio with more lavender than tea tree.

***For energy try orange and bergamot oils.  Add am even amount.  For a little extra zip, add a few drops of ginger oil.
