Pizza Stuffed Chicken

Pizza Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ok. This turned out amazing! I get burnt out on chicken breast. This is a game changer. It is easy. It Is pretty quick. Kids like it. AND it is (mostly) healthy.

You need:

Boneless skinless chicken breasts

Pizza sauce

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Grated Parmesan cheese

Pepperoni

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Garlic or garlic powder

***Any other Italian seasoning or pizza toppings you like

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

Cut a pocket along the side of each chicken breast

Spoon pizza sauce in to the pockets

Add pepperoni (and optional other toppings) and mozzarella cheese to the pockets

Place in oiled baking dish

Rub top of chicken breasts with olive oil

Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper (and other optional Italian seasonings)

Spoon leftover pizza sauce on top

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (I also sprinkle on any left over mozzarella if I have any)

Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chicken)
